Workspaces

A workspace contains the projects, records, channels, agents, and connected tools used by one team.

A project is the working area for a customer conversation. It brings messages and related operational context together.

Records hold structured information created or updated from customer work.

AI activity shows what Crumbs is evaluating, preparing, or completing. It also shows when human input is required.

Crumbs can pause work for approval, editing, or takeover. The interface explains what will happen before an action is completed.
